CHAD BONNER B.ED. FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR- I taught grades 4-12 in Manitoba prior to accepting a middle school teaching position in Grande Prairie in 1998. I have lived and worked in Spruce Grove since 2002. My wife Jody and I have 3 children. I opened the Laugh and Learn Academy in March of 2016.

​​KATIE- Katie is currently working towards her level 3 Early Childhood Educator Diploma to continue developing and expanding her knowledge of Kindergarten curriculm and building on all of the skills she gained through the past 18 years caring for children aged 1-6 in her home.

​JULIE- I have over 30 years of experience working with children. I spent over 10 years working as a registered early childhood educator for an Ontario school board in the full day kindergarten program. My family and I moved to Alberta in 2022 where I have continued my journey as a Level 3 educator. I have always had a passion for instilling confidence. imagination and creativity in children’s lives.
